What will the Traineeship entail?
As a trainee within Resato Hydrogen Technology you will develop in a period of 18 months into a professional within our organization. During this period you will get to know different departments within our organization and you will work together with our experts on challenging projects.
Rotation program (12 months)
Months 1-3: Technology & Operations

Personal development
From our Resato Academy, you will be assigned an experienced mentor. With an experienced mentor by your side, you will receive personal guidance and feedback. This helps you to develop your professional and personal skills faster.
Through the various trainings and workshops you will thus develop not only your technical skills, but also your soft skills and leadership qualities. This makes you a more complete professional.
